I remember when I used fake views it would freeze at 301 and stay that way for a few days.

Well now I am using Reddit postings for fresh videos and they got 400 to 500 1st day.

So, perhaps I am thinking it's worth doing real views through reddit instead of faking them ?

As far as I know, the old spam method of fake views doesn't work and your video will remain stuck at 301+ views forever. It's pointless to try to get fake views that way.

Search for 301 and you'll either find the redirect method or the other 200 threads about this Youtube videos posted just today.

of course its better getting real views, not just from reddit but from stumble upon and other places.

Although reddit views will almost always be low retention unless your videos are completely unique and worth watching. But its still a valuable source for traffic.

Well yeah I imagine 400 fake views are not good, as that's not 400 possible people that end up sharing the video to 10 other friends each ;p
