The one thing I don't understand with this method how you can cash out from adsense with more than one account? Each adsense account is limited to one per payee. Or is the goal to have a legit account and the rest spam accounts that make money off of CPA and installs?

The best way is to post a huge amount of videos of all kinds of topics.. You can use Creative Commons videos as I described in my guide. They are in YouTube, free to use for commercial purposes, you find them in the video editor in the CC button there somewhere. You can search any topic and find videos and edit them as you want with youtubes own editor, and even add several videos into one, and post directly, no need to upload own videos. its quick and easy. you can easily post 20 videos or more a day that way. Use good titles, descriptions and keywords.. That is my main method. My most popular videos got thousands of hits a day and they are none of my own, all from Creative Common videos found in YouTube..

Then you have different options. You can for example use PerInstall Cash that I got link to in my guide, where you get free software that you get paid for when people download and install. You put links to them in the video descriptions. For example they got a cool YouTube video downloader, its very popular and suitable to use for any video, you can just put a link to it, and write "Download the video here" or "Get YouTube Video Downloader" etc.. other options too like mgcash and file lockin etc..

Use link redirecting like bitly etc when putting up links in youtube, that you link to your own specific affiliate link or locked file or whatever it is you post.

Both mgcash and perinstallcash works good for me, and they got different good tools and resources that are fairly easy to use and get into.

In addition to the youtube method read my torrent guide and file sharing method, also works good, particularly with file locking as well as adding text files into the torrents with links to f.ex perinstallcash software with your affiliate links. Upload quality material and people will download it and spread it, such as new movies and series, where you add some fake file locked stuff like "Deleted sex scene" or "Bloopers" or so on.

Use a seedbox service to seed your stuff 24 hours a day at high speed servers for cheap price, to make sure it spreads quickly and lots of people get the torrents, thats what I do. Find one that accepts uploading of torrents, as most are restricted to download only..

Oh yeah, and in addition, get referrals under you for extra income. If you are lucky, some of your referrals will make you a shit load of money. Build up your downline of referrals as much as possible. I allow anyone to use my guide and change my referral links to their own, do that, spread the document on forums around, file sharing places, torrents, pdf upload places and so on. You can make great money on referrals alone as an extra income to your own main income. Guess thats the tips I got to share for today.
