    Last night I decided to switch city IP addresses in yourprivateproxy.com Instead of getting a new list of proxies to use I am no longer able to use any of them.
    Can someone tell me how to fix this. It has to be my problem because everything worked fine until I started messing around with it.

    In the CPanel I had some problems with the save an update button. Maybe that is why. Anyway, anyone got a solution to my problem and

    I also had a problem with yourprivateproxy.com whereby all my proxies were banned in Google. I contacted support and they sorted it out in minutes and replaced all my proxies.

    I can highly recommend yourprivateproxy.com. They might not be the cheapest but there support is second to none.

    I have a single IP and it is slow. How do I fix that?

    One thing that works is to delete your ip address and click autodetect ip and click save.

    This has worked for me several times. But, I have always had great experiences dealing with support.

    Since this is about yourprivateproxy.com I didn't want to make a new thread, but I was wondering if I get 30/mo service, I get 10 proxies right but will I have same proxies or will I get to change it every month or something? LMK thanks

    Mine have really slow for the last week, just randomized them and tried the first couple and they're still very slow.

    i have same problem on YPP as thread starter. i mailed support, but i dont get...they seem to be aware of the problem...and yet problem still happens

    There is a thread for yourprivateproxy, so you guys can post there instead, and I'll be online in a few hours to fix some problems that i can, plus answering the mails. For some reason all the servers a bit overloaded, yet i wait for Alex to pop up and repair them :|

    @nufaman: i used to restart the servers and/or replaceing the proxies. Also it could help if you delete the saved IPs and resave again.

    I have 20 proxies of yourprivatproxy all of them really suck since last week. I am emailed at support nothing happen. I am really looking for an other provider.

    Its your choice, but as soon as Alex is back i can assure you he will compensate that. Plus all the proxies that were in stock sold out, so he will get dozens of viring blocks as soon as he can.


    edit: I just could talk to Alex finally, all the errors will get fixed during tomorrow , and lots of new ranges of proxies will be available next week. Please post all the comments about errors or anything on the sales thead :)

    I have emailed support 3 times since yesterday... with out reply, Im having the following issues

    When Proxy added 2 Browser ----->"Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections."
    When added Proxies Added to Scapebox ____>"404 Connection Error Connection Refused"

    Where the heck is support? Please advise

    Hey, you can change the proxies one a month by yourself in the control panel, the proxies immediately become active or max 5-10 mins. If you will encounter any errors or you get some sequential proxies that you dont like, we will replace them manually for you.
