Dont mean to be a prick, but if a person has a website which could possibly generate leads, wouldn't he just do it himself? Getting into CPA networks isn't hard if you have a good website.

Completely agreed with "cracknut". One would make 100% profit from his web site and why would he like to share his efforts for almost nothing.

i know what you mean but most of the money does go to the website owner

try this on DP or other webmaster forums, you will get more interested responses and be prepared to answer questions from website owners on how do they track conversions because CPA account belong to you and they can't login to check stats. You better provide 3rd party tracking like hasoffer which allows website owners to login and check stats and you act as an affiliate network and cloak all your CPA links.

edit: Do not straight talk "your website, my CPA", be more professional and pitch like an advertiser looking to place target placements on websites.
