I have found some good converting offers and I need to scale this method. The problem is I don't live in US and that's why can't get hands on US phone numbers.

You just have to help with US phone numbers for verifying accounts. You don't need to share this number, it's just needed to phone verification and then you can do whatever you want with that number. Numbers don't have to be real SIM cards as long as they work for verification purposes
