I am a highly experienced software developer.
I am not banned from Upwork, I've never even applied for an account there, however I do like the idea of having an unlimited stream of projects from Upwork as a fallback option. I don't like some of their terms of service and I don't like the idea of building up a reputation on Upwork from scratch right now.
I'm looking for someone preferably who is active on Upwork already, and can bid on software development projects for me on the side. You don't need to be in the software development niche (unless Upwork requires this?), just have a good rating.
I'm only looking for projects in the $200-500 range through Upwork, which typically would be a one-day project for software development. I think the risk is limited, we're not going to have month-long, five digit projects up in the air.
The pay split is totally negotiable, because the rate is undetermined. If you can supply unlimited projects, then this could easily be lucrative for both parties.
