True that and nowadays life as a pilot is way more though unless you can get a job with the big boys. But hey, than you need a lot of fly hours and experience so first working like a maniac with RyanAir or something with bad terms of employment. Unfortunately not so dreamjob anymore

It's something I will probably end up doing too. I think a PPL runs at around 7 grand right now, all inclusive. Which isn't too bad.
