Chargpt is all over the place. It relased today 5.2 for coders and is 40% costlier than 5.1 and 5.0 imagine that.

Honestly, I think ChatGPT in 2025 feels more polished and practical compared to 2024. It’s better at understanding context, giving structured answers, and adapting tone without needing as much back-and-forth. I also notice fewer generic replies and more actionable responses, especially for technical and business-related topics.
That said, it can feel a bit more cautious than before, which sometimes slows things down. Overall though, I’d say it’s an improvement more reliable, smarter, and closer to how people actually want to use it day to day.

I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy some of the new features and models that were added this year, so in that aspect it’s all good for me

It still struggles with image generation prompts. Hopefully next year they'll improve on that.

oh its way better than it was, images are better, still cant get 16:9 dimensions, makes no sense. but as all AI its still the dumbest thing on earth. i think its way behind its times

I find myself using Gemini more often in 2025. For live research and up-to-date market info, ChatGPT still feels a bit behind even with browsing enabled.

Of course its doing great day by day. compared to 2024, i have seen better results and answer correction is going perfect. At the same time Grok is better than ChatGpt.

It now can search online, that's the only thing that changed as far as I can see. It had a huge f-up in the middle of spring where it became overexcited about literally everything, but they fixed in at summer (can't really point months). Other than that - literally same software. GPT 5 is a joke. It's still good tho, just as it was in 2024.

No doubt it's better now but the voice mode is worse imo. I used to love it now I barely use it

I think the model is becoming smart everyday. I know of companies who are creating data to train these AI's and that data is getting generated everyday by human experts.
Most of them hire human experts and create data to sell them to these companies. Thats when they release their new models.
