I just finished a course from "Hemmel Amrania" that teaches how to promote MLM networks,
when I searched here I found most of you saying that MLM is a scam !!
Did anyone here try this field before?

Mlm is not a scam if they pay their commissions, just don’t try to invite your friends and family, you will lose them) do a Dm cold outreach, email outreach etc. Do it ONLINE. Me and my partners bought an mlm brand and some leaders already earn good money
 
I would say try to find out where they source their products, find the allure they use to sell them, then source and sell your own.
 
Not all MLM schemes are scams. Some of them are ok but you must do your diligence and make proper research. For example one of my wife’s cousins is involved in some MLM in cosmetics/beauty niche and she’s doing pretty good. She started few years ago promoting products locally via DMs and social outreach + f&f (just for selling). Now she is one of top earner in our country.
 
Most people can't tell the difference between MLM and Pyramid.
Some MLM offers are legit, but sume Pyramid schemes disguise themselves as MLM, and some MLM are actually Pyramid schemes so you need to really understand the ways they calculate the commissions in order to see which is which.
Edit: I haven't notices that the thread is from January. @icrowd did you really bump a 8 months old thread just to say that you bought an MLM brand?
 
MLM are not a scam, though a scam can be promoted through an MLM scheme.

This is how I feel. How can I take my new mlm opportunity and make money without bugging people I know. I came here to try and figure just this out. Literally signed up yesterday
 
You're always gonna be at the bottom as those at the top know how to play the game and if they told you, you would leave and they would go bankrupt.

My fancy theory
 
Some MLMs are a scam because they promote the company and the money earning scheme but no actual product. Then there are MLMs that have an actual product and can earn by promoting the product. It's all about knowing whether there is a real product and if so, how can they earn from it.
 
MLM is like walking on the edge of a building, if you do it long enough you will fall. Most of the time it will be fun, but eventually a guy who lost his money will complain and shame you, you might get lawsuits, someone you love will fall in it and blame you and etc. Besides it might be illegal, you should consult an attorney.

What kind of MLM is it?

Do you have to join and pay a fee to be able to REFER other people to the system?

If so, that's a pyramid scheme and is probably illegal.

If there is no fee involved and you can earn a graduated % from the sales people in your downline produce, it can be a LEGIT MLM

The bottom line: If the MLM is legit, you need to be able to PLUG IT IN to a community of people who will continuously reorder. Otherwise, the Return on Effort simply isn't there.
 
There are positive and negative opinions of MLM. It is a great opportunity for ambitious people who wants to have a great lifestyle.
