Know your audience very well, where your audience is located and what is their Internet Service Providers(ISP) and their devices...
Cloak on Trusted WP Website which contains good articles, the ad copy should be similar to the topic of the link...
So the Algorithm should be something like that if the user is from a specific list of countries and has an ISP from a specific list of ISPS For Ex: Orange,...
Then append after <body></body> Landing page through WP Link and adjust it using a position absolute or fixed using CSS to override the WP Article, if not continue WP and don't append...
Don't use any redirect because Facebook can track redirects through their FB Browsers, and maybe they can get a copy of the HTML Page too...
