Your standard settings for cloaker?

Just wondering if you guys have any advance settings/tips for cloaking to increase the life of campaign.

i use jci and use “Auto on/off” based on:

First hit to money page = turn
20 mins and no traffic = turn off
1 hit to money page = turn on

Any other tips/settings you recommend?
