Ok, sorry for the stupid question, but it needs to be asked, and I'm sure there are plenty out there with the same question but not sure how to ask it. I have been delving into offline marketing for a while, read everything that I can find, and I know the basics, and what everything means, but not necessarily how to string it all together and exactly how to do it,etc. Selling to people is hard anyway, but I sure as hell don't want to sell something to them and end up unintentionally conning them and not delivering.
For example, if you wanted to rank a dentist in beverly hills
(1) get EMD, like beverlyhillsdentist.com or something along those lines (or you get multiple EMDs which will redirect)
(2) Backlinks (e.g. xrumer (but don't overuse it
)
(3) Appropriate content on your site or site(s) which use those keywords, metatags, title of site,etc,etc
(4) Could instead even make multiple sites for the keywords and have them redirecting to beverleyhills dentist main site.

Ok, definitely more complicated than that and thats not everything, but thats why there's a space for number 5. Obviously, not everyone will want to share, but if you do, I would like to hear it.
