This is exactly the dilemma of the footprint. When a domain is caught on spam, it's easy to start following the thread and found a lot of other spammed related domains.
All domains in the same hosting are reviewed probably. But this could be a myth. There are people that said they got multiple domains flagged in the same hosting, this is why some people suggest independent hosting or even different C-class ip for each private site.

It should be for the domain that was caught spamming only. Won't affect the other domains.
