Your PayPal account is limited!

Hi,everyone

I am an ebay user for the past 1 year as a buyer,but recently i started to sell items
I have receive a messsege by paypal that they ..i quote "significant changes to your account activity."
That is because i have have sold items worth more that 2000 Pounds in less than 1 month.
I did not have any ebay complain,refund or any dispute of any kind and all my customers are happy ,some of them left positive feeedback also.
I buy items from "facebook marketplace" ,social network groups, and some networks like Gumtree and after that sell them with different price on ebay.
My ebay account is a personal account at this moment looking for buisness upgrade in future.

Paypal limited my account and my money are frozen,they asked me to provide some information until 23 of july 2017,i have give them all they asked: photo id,proof of adress,buisness information,proof of postage oflast 3 items send to customers, but i don't know what to provide them in section "Confirm available inventory" here i have 2 options: to upload invoices or to provide supplier information.


Can you guys advice me how to find invoices (like a small guide) in my ebay sold items? Or what exactly i am looking for

Welcome to the world of Paypal - they've recently shut down my paypal account and killed £3K per month of income for me.

i have same experience, selling digital goods and paypal ask prof shipping invoice..
so i email them and said "How i can verify if i sell digital goods," and ask paypal to call me by phone with Indonesian language because i'm not good in english.
after few hours got call from paypal and they ask bla..bla..bla.. i provide my website address, all information about my service and.. yupz.. my paypal ready for business again..
from my story better if you call paypal directly and tell your situation..

They never asked me to submit invoices before. They suspect the origin of your products for some reason. Were they used or new items?

Do you have a business or personal account? Yesterday I registered business account and paypal asked me to choose what type of business I am. What is better to choose "individual" or "sole proprietor"?

i only have personal account because i don't use for big business
I think depend your situation, if you only need accept payment into your personal account then personal account is enough.
but if you always use your account for bigger amount and more feature like can accept credit card directly with small trouble, paypal business more better.

Just use your real information, make sure your above 18 and there is nothing wrong with paypal..
Did they ask for ID etc.?

This is what PayPal does, steal your money and ban your account.

paypal is like they can do anything but they dont understand anything! i lost huge amount money is still stucked

Just use information, there is nothing wrong with paypal..

Your account being limited means you will never be able to use Paypal again under your real name. They will hold your money hostage for 6 months until they will give it back. It happened to me.

if you can... give them a call. those are pretty much auto emails putting everyone in the same basket.
But customer reps are pretty helpful and can get cases resolved pretty quickly (if you are not involved in anything tricky)

Yeah call them, I had other type of problem with them, and when I called them directly it was much easier to solve it

So in fact the best way is to call them,tell the true that items are bought for less from facebook,gumtree and sold high to ebay hopping that they will ask me to upgrade to buisness account, and what if they still ask for invoice....please check attacked

same question here. i've heard that PayPal doesn't like dropshippers. How to provide them such documents?
