Yesterday i conact with FB and this was their response:

did you post on any group ? , because if you did it's a permanent Ban.

i think in 3-5 years no one will give a fuck about FB.i used them once but i got just garbage traffic so i never use them again.

Write them an appeal.

Yea its the same response they send to everyone.
Now they have introduced a new insights called Report as Spam, and Unlikes.You should regularly check it to see if there's anything wrong with your fan pages or if people are reporting.
Just add this to your url and you can see it .Its just for someone who never check it or never noticed.
