Your Own Mobile 4g Proxy Farm vs Tested Dedicated Proxies?

So I'm stuck deciding which of these two routes would work best for my needs. I'm in the Rank & Rent industry and attempting to create and manage dozens of GMBs/Workspace accounts/etc.

1) Your own 4g proxies run through Proxidize or a similar service
Pros - More anonymous, harder to trace, more IPs
Cons- Much more expensive, harder to setup, hardware required.

2) Tested Dedicated Proxy. Find a seller you trust, purchase some dedicated proxies, then test & wait to see if proxy is good or not.
Pros- Easy and quick to scale, super cheap vs #1, has worked in my few tests so far.
Cons- ?

So this is where I'm at so far. Would love other peoples inputs!

In case you decide to do it for a short time it is better to go for the dedicated ones.

You should also keep in mind that you can spend some time maintaining your current infrastructure, I didn't know about proxidize but it might not be too much of a problem or too much maintenance.

Maintenance of own 4G Proxies is a hassle. It's a business in its own nature. If you could setup and maintain your own 4G Proxies. Perhaps, you should simply start selling them here on BHW. That being said, I meant to say that maintenance of 4G Proxies is not easy.
Therefore, I would suggest you to find yourself a proxy provider with 24/7 support. So that in case if the proxies go DOWN, you'll have someone to replace the device for you.

As a 4g proxy "farmer" I'd suggest both depending on amount of data sent via proxies.

Own farm:

+ you are 100% sure your proxies are not oversold and IP's are clean
+ you can warm up the IP's or cool them down
+ privacy, data is not logged
- bills for data plans, hassle with SIM cards, 4g and landline internet outages
- invest into hardware
- issues with the modems & hardware, adding some monitoring, ideally you want somebody be available 24\7 to reset the modems or servers or USB hubs

4G proxies from a provider

+ cheap, easy to hire, easy to fire
+ you can buy any IP from any location
+ customer support
- you are not sure if you are the only user of the IP's
- data might be logged
- you don't have much control over speed and some custom settings (e.g. ipv4 vs ipv6, DNS leak etc)

Depends on what your needs are.
4G is the best for account management, as ips aren't abused or banned from sites. 4G gives the accounts a high trust score.

Well how much time does your ranking tasks takes ? like running a proxy farm and managing it requires additional time

time is money. just buy them out right and goto work
