Well they are not using adsense, that's the main issue I think. Blacklisting the domain due to the above rule is probably a rare occurrence but I've heard of it before. If you rely on adsense for income from other sites then personally I wouldn't take the risk of using adsense with this type of site.

But on http://bestofyoutube.com/ use some ads and work 7 years, hmm. For me is no important make trafic, it is important that people come to my website again, viral, for good videos

I find other website like www.bestviral.com - here is adsense and no problem, maybe they havent big trafic and youtube not care

It looks cool, you need to increase the traffic. Get wiki links and links from other quality sites and make it genuine.
