Nice one, mate.
How do you plan to promote it? I think a good website is useless without traffic... do you already have a plan? And what about social signals?

yes i know, How it works it is not complete yet :) Last think :)

briptech - i have many big facebook pages, but UK, USA and other english language countries i do not have much. I think about advertise with competition (win iphone 4 or other prices) for users which have best views on videos, or something like that...

Cool site. Time: 3.073 ms -- USA
The categories tab is a very nice addition. However, none of them are working for me atm. I think you should have a Video of the Day for every category that you have.

This is a great website design, I like it!

I'd also like to ask, how would one go about monetizing such a website?
Some things that come to mind are offering premium membership features to members as the site grows? Maybe good old advertisements and renting ad space? I'd like to hear some input since I'm having difficulty picturing any other effective methods.

Best Regards,

Yeah, looks great.
I would also plan tweets for every new vid added...

Great design...IMO you need to rely on social networking sites to get the traffic because sooner or later google will deindex your pages...

what you mean with social networking sites? I use only facebook. i know twitter, g+, maybe these two i put on websites too

Here's what you should do:
use your facebook page and post the best videos as posts, then go to a site like addmefast and get 1000+ shares for 1 post this will get you traffic and likes also start a facebook account campaign.
make 50+ accounts assign 10 fanpages like "add me" "hot girls add me" then comment on the pages everyday, only except English speaking country's when they add you.
eventually you will have 5,000 friends + 50 accounts = 250,000 friends then every page post use the 50 accounts thats 50 shares and like and comments + 250,000 people seeing it on their news feed you can get alot of traffic this way

Woah! Thats a nice site, how long did that take you to do? I am looking for a real estate and a classified site. How much would you charge to do one for me (a fellow BH er) Let me know i am interested in a nice clean site like that, i cant build sites like that. I cant PM yet but im sure you can me.

Hey bro not to be the bearer of bad news but you'll most likely have some trouble with adsense and YouTube, seeing as the only reason people go to your site is to watch YouTube videos.

YouTube's stance on showing ads on your website where their videos are embeded:

You cannot run advertisements on pages that play our video content unless there is a significant amount of other important content on the page, meaning that users come to the page to access other content besides the video. In that limited case, you can run ads as long as those ads are targeted to the other content on the page and not to the video or video metadata. For example, if your page displays a video with a news article, blog entry or user profile information, then you can display ads on the page as long as the ads are targeted to the article, blog entry or user profile data.

If you are using AdSense for Content to automatically target ads to your page, use the section targeting feature to exclude the portion of the page that contains the video and its metadata.

Note: If the only reason people go to a page is to watch a video, you should not run ads on that page. If you don't know whether you can display ads on a page, consider whether you would still be able to sell the ad inventory if you removed the video and all references to the video from the page. If so, then you can probably display ads on the page.

If you use adsense they may ban the account and if you use another advertiser they may disable your domain from being able to embed videos :(
