your opinion about this keyword

Im following this keyword for quiet sometime now, this in the UK market, this keyword gets around 15k+ searches a month in the cosmetic/acne niche this serp is dominated by authority sites but with weaker innerpages, what make me wonder to go after this keyword is that i dont see any other marketer trying to hunt this keyword, its just something dont look right about it. Well here is a screenshot tell me what you think.

I think the keyword is fine.

The number of linking root domains is high but the backlinks to domain is 0 and the domain authority is very low. Conflicting data so don't know what to believe. That said, the columns on the right are mostly green, which means it's not a difficult keyword but isn't necessarily easy.

Ya thats what im thinking sometime beating innerpage from domain with huge domain authority is nearly imposible without tossing lots of HIgh pr links. The column on the right is green cause i didnt take the intitle and in description into account, as i have seen lately that google do not care too much about having the exacly keyword on the metas, if you notice google now bold synonymous as if they were the same keyword.
