I see these posts on 'How to make $100 per day', or 'I need $1000 URGENTLY', or 'Is 15k per month possible' - and they make me laugh!

Sometimes, I need $20k overnight and I have to find a way to make that happen. I can't imagine having less than $15k just on bills that I pay per month. I am always looking for more ways to earn, and I won't hesitate to do some odd jobs like leaving paid reviews in my free time. I am always looking for more ways to earn and increase my current earning streams.

I think if I were looking for $100 per day, I would be working in delivery.
Raise your horizons - if you need $100 per day, aim for $1,000 per day at least!

To climb to the 200th floor, firstly you need to climb the 2nd floor!
In my experience if the 2nd is your main goal you’ll get to 1.5 floor at best.

Make 200 small steps to the 200th floor. If that’s not working make 400 steps instead. Save a bit, get an elevator.

Thinking of it - I am waiting for some Azure bills that have to be paid over next few days. Circa 15k :D

probably you find your way to success, but sometimes if someone thinks he is a lion, he can easily be eaten by dogs.

Not if you give them bones first - this is part of the process. Whoever your ‘dogs’ are - employees, affiliates, clients, partners - take care of them.

I am looking at my Digital Ocean bill for almost $2k - with the same thoughts. Not sure what to do first pay the bills or pay the bills? ;)

Agree. Glovo is the key! :D

it's sad, really. that people do whatever they can to talk themselves out of making money.

"i'll do it tomorrow"
"i don't believe in that"
"it's not possible in my situation/country"

what a buncha bs! where there's a will there is a way. i'm an alcoholic and i still make it work, so if you're not then what is your excuse? your mom is mad at you? your girlfriend is mad at you? you just lost your job? these should all be MOTIVATORS and not detriments.

get off your ass and start making some goddamn money, you losers!

Humans are weak beings, and we are always looking for an excuse to avoid something. One should work on him/herself and constantly learn and experiment. For me, it took 4-5 years of trying (different methods, different approaches, loosing/winning money, etc.).

This feels so close! or even... I feel you! I wanted to thank you for writing this particular phrase.

yes!!

I own a bunch of businesses and still trying. One day I feel like a fortress, the other I feel like a house of cards.
Life is a balance.

Steps to success are easy:
- Be consistent
- Look in the mirror and be realistic about yourself (by this I mean try to analyze and reflect).

It all depends on one's perspective. Some people advise that in order to earn $100, you should first aim for $10. Others, like you, suggest aiming for $1000, believing that in striving for more, you can achieve at least half of that goal. I tend to align with the latter viewpoint, as aiming higher often leads to greater accomplishments.

Money problems of other people are always funny when you have money.

To add a bit more detail - everyone is different and needs different kinds of motivation. What works for one doesn't work for another and may have opposite results. It is the same as diet - one person can refuse meat and get healthy, the other will have serious health issues.

For me - it is better to set higher goals as this ensures that my lower goals will be tackled.

If I want to have $10,000 per week, I would be aiming for $100,000 per week, and I will try to break it into smaller steps. Depending on what you do, it could be $10 or $100 per step, or maybe something you work on is already $100k per step. Every situation is different.

Thanks dads!!!! LOL for reals though I feel like everyone has it in there heads that just because your trying to make money online, means in gonna be easier. Which is a mindset that will leave you feeling hopeless after the first failure

Sometimes people aren't even willing to take that first step if there are no rails to hold onto.

Easy or hard - it only depends on how you look at it. For someone running is hard, for someone else, this is fun.
I was thinking it's stupid, but it's actually a set of mind.

And that's what i said.
I agree with you.

Can't take a step - lay in that direction. Or at least be honest with yourself 'I don't want to do shit, I don't need money.' (I feel cringe writing this). I was so stupid for a long time. I still am, but at least now I know what my mistakes were.
