Many businesses rely on SEO for income, and their focus has been on Pagespeed Insights optimization, because it's a heavy influence on ranking. However, if you want to do marketing with FB/G Ads, they require you to install tracking code snippets.
These snippets (this is from personal experience) impact your Pagespeed score by 5-10 points and sometimes more when requests are delayed. As a developer I've studied the code and tweaked it. Now for me, it doesn't impact pagespeed any longer. The result code is my 'secret'.
So, here's my simple business model:
I made a little website where I sell the snippet of code for 250 dollar. I've made sure to inform the buyer that it's just a little snippet, and there is no refund option. But that little snippet might just push the SEO companies one or more positions higher in Google giving them the edge over competition. So basically the snippet can be worth much more for companies than 250 dollar.
How simple does it get? They pay 250 bucks, and I email them a piece of text. And off they are.
Now, I don't have the money to run marketing experiments with this concept. I understand that once others grab this concept it can get saturated fast, or just made plain public on some stackoverflow site. But until that happens, I figure some quick bank can be possible.
I haven't done any investment yet, I made the site, I made the code, and I'm ready to start receiving traffic.
If you're interested to run effective Google Ads, FB Ads, and also some remarketing to my probably very temporary product, let me know.
Regards,
Nico
