mine was a hand me down like all the computers I have ever gotten. Weird thing is im the oldest and love computers and work with them yet I get them after my 14 and 13 your brother gets them to there slow and doesnt work. My first one was a HP 256 mb ram and literally 2 days of having it set up in my room my bro played runescape on it and it caught on fire. YEA ME!

some computer cant remmeber name ;P 60mhz cpu and maybe 500mb HDD. I remember when i tried play nintendo games with nesticle ( emulator) they lagged , but when you ran the game from floppy disc they didint ;P true power

Mine was a compaq pressario with Pentium II processor..
Funny i still remember the time when my friend had 486 and it seemed like an unbelievable machine..i guess that makes me old

Quantex 166MHz baby. 16MB RAM, 1GB hard drive. Cost like $4500 or something ridiculous.

My first computer was a white Compaq Presario (old one can't remember the model, running windows 2000).

Commodore 64, with a (cassette) tape drive.
Quite some time ago but, if I recall correctly it was a Compaq.
It was a "Portable" but was very heavy. Looked like a Portable sewing machine case.
No hard drive, used monster 5 1/4 inch floppies and had a funky plastic display.
Think it was an 8088 cpu.Probably first version of dos only.
Also, owned a copy of the first Toshiba laptop.
? 20 MB hdd, 640kb memory, dos6?, WordPerfect 3.1, green lcd screen, HEAVY!
DOT matrix printers too.
1971 was when Joe Sugarman was selling those calculators for $350 that did simple math
only ac adapter powered.
Now in the checkout lines keychain calcs are like $1.50
Oh, by the way that Toshiba Laptop if I recall right, running DOS, NEVER crashed!
Ask how many times W98 did crash...I can't count that high
Happier with XP and love UBUNTU.
Hate the idea of anguishing through yet another wydoz7 release.
