Cache = wp-fastest-cache ..by The Turk Emre Vona Great in my opinion give it a shot guys.
SEO = FV Simpler SEO.... by Follio Vision..nice and simple
These are my basics of the bat,the rest are multitude of payed and free depending on the site...as every site is different and has different needs.

yes indeed. I think that I can work out something on the given advice earlier on up there.
 
depends on the site but always EWWW, Wordfence (I use its caching), Disable comments, All in one, contact form 7, disable xml-rpc pingback, nextscripts, speed booster pack, yarpp,
also have updraft and wp-optimise installed but disabled and I enable when I want to use them
 
Its not just about favourites, you first need to have plans over what you would like your site to be able to do. Different niches would require different plugins.
 
Nowadays my favorite plugin is SEO by Yoast it helps me out a lot and make my on-page SEO easier.. thanks Yoast for the help and the most important is that its free....
 
There's also a handy little plugin called pluginception. It basically creates a new plugin template for you to stick your scripts in. I tend to use it a lot, rather than functions.php, simply for the sake of keeping things clean and "update friendly".
