It's whatever you want it to mean man. It's as flexible as your mind wants to make it.
To me, I sell shit online. I prefer selling over reselling, but there are a few things I resell. And if someone buys something I resell, it's up to me to be a "good middleman" and make sure the customer receives their purchase, the seller gets paid, and that it all works without delays and problems. It's not all up to me, but if I do my job correctly, if I have a sane customer and if I picked my provider right and if the stars are aligned, all will be happy
