Haven't watched any clips on TED for a while but watched this one today and found it quite enjoyable.

I can't answer that. There's just to much good stuff, but the two that immediately came to mind were:

^Electricity conducting clay. I bought the kit with the lights and motor for my son and it is awesome.

TEd always seemed to me like some profanation of science. Where scientists that can't do anything good for the world act as a bunch of stand up comedians to entratain kids

Yeah the Sir Ken Robinson ones are classics, most people who have watched anything on TED have seen those.
