Your Experience With High PR Homepage Links

Just wondering if some of you guys have good experience with high pr homepage links ?

can you recommend me a good network ?

i subscribed to a few networks months ago but they are not that good and the support is kinda bad.

I would not recommend that you put your site on high pr homepage networks. Panda 3.3 is stalking them right now and if you are on them, your screwed!

I only speak from experience in this case as I received a penalty on Feb 17, 2012. I believe very strongly this could be one of the reasons for my penalty.
