90% fiverr Seller provide only spamming Backlinks, i will suggest you can try BHW, marketplace hopefully you will get best results.

You have to be careful while buying backlinks. Also you should check the quality and stats of website. On fiverr if you buy guest post in $100 to $200 this link will work. If you buy 10 backlinks in 10 dollars, than it will not work. Choice is yours. thanks
