Your design my programming + monitization

Basically it's in the title...
I have a lot of projects to make(a lot of repeating pretty much the same thing but with different designs and in different languages (sometimes)), but I would like if I didn't
have to worry about the design and only do the programming and monitization.
If you have _good_ design skills and preferable at least some knowledge of programming (but not mandatory), and are ok with black hat, then hit me up and I can give you more details.
Can be very lucrative but takes a bit of work to start the first round...
