Your Conversion (Biz-op)

Could anybody please tell me what your conversion (visitors:leads) is?

I am interested in Biz-op ,but I do not know is it worth to use or not.

In addition, I know it depends upon many factors, but if you could give me your average conversion for these offers, I will be grateful.
