What's your favorite solution to manage multiple websites ?

Here are few free & paid solutions I know for wordpress sites:
    WP Remote
    InfiniteWP
    ManageWP
    Worpit
CMS Commander - although I'm interested only in wordpress, it supports CMSs like Drupal, Joomla, phpBB

I use ManageWP. Create a free account, I think they allow up to 5 websites for free. I can't really comment on the others because I haven't used them. ManageWP has a really nice interface.

I just bought SickNetwork. Unlike some of the others you mention, Sick is self-hosted. No monthly fees. It's $100 and they're giving 50% off during the beta.

It's a little buggy at the moment but they've been fast doing updates so I'm hopeful. For instance, I saw someone post a problem in their support forums and eight hours later they had an update with the fix.

infiniteWP is AWESOME, the best free wordpress software you could use! in combination with this and a few plugins your wordpress network will be very secure.
I can set it up for anyone that needs it, and upto 10 sites for $50
