What does "your browsers and apps" in the security settings of Facebook actually mean?

Suppose, I turn in login notifications and saved Google Chrome on Windows in "your browser and apps" from my Dell computer with Windows through Google Chrome from Houston, TX. So, if I log into Facebook from Charlotte, NC, on a HP computer with Windows through Google Chrome, will I go through some security check or identity verification?
