I faced problem and double sure there are more members facing the same.

While reading a BHW forum, doing some IM work you always face good ideas, solutions, information, tips and tricks that can be useful in the future work or used as a twist and there are so many of them that you starting to forget about the last ones, if you come to this problem you probably starting to write out every useful information.

So my question is, how you organizing your notes? Maybe using a simple word to write out every line, maybe an excel or some cool feature or program that only you know?

Please share your ways in making tidy and successful notes for your future plans.

I personally used Microsoft Word, but its getting harded as there are so many things and you cant organize or group well or maybe im too newb in Word.

Have your say :)

I tend to use notepad for new ideas or future ideas.

I'll put them in their own folder and go to it when I have some more free time or I'm wanting to start a new project :)

My most used program in Windows is probably Notepad. I use it for everything. Removing the formatting from text, making notes, making quick backups of code I'm editing, just in case. Most useful program Microsoft ever made ^^

The best advice I can give you regarding your issue is Evernote. I always save links, ideas, write notes and what I like about Evernote is that you can syncronize your notes across all your devices no matter if its ipad, laptop, pc, smartphone. So if now you are on laptop and lets say you found a nice article, you save the link in Evernote, click Syncronize and you can later read it on your smartphone or whatever device you want.

when it comes to taking notes from BHW, i convert the webpage into pdf and keep it for ref, if i find necessary to take notes , I print it out and make notes on it! :D

Evernote: Notes, Bookmarks, ideas, references...
Excel: Social Media account details, Niche details.
Post-it: This is the most important resource. Without these little sticky notes I would forget to tie my shoe laces every day.

OneNote is your friend. Have it on my Tablet, phone, pc. All synced so if i'm on the train I can whip out my phone and make a note and its all there when I get home. Voice or text and can hand drawn on my tablet also.

Mindjet Mindmanager - One Main Map linking to sub reference maps (I.M., Sports, Ideas, Projects, Incoming Notes, Passwords, ...)

I used sticky notepad and put them over on my computer to remind me ..

for repetative tasks, i use any.do from my Android (has a plan your day so i can choose what to do today). for ideas and stuff i use notepad on a folder and sync it on dropbox.

I love writing stuff down on *hold your breathes* actual paper. I even write my website content on paper and type it in HTML later. But I have some serious concentration issues and turning the monitor off really helps, also with brainstorming / writing down new ideas.
