AdWorkMedia, actually i've started with them and then didn't move. I remember when their FR pins were worth $22, even if now their prices got divided by two i'm still with them. I never had any problem, was always paid on time, they let me have a better payment schedule even when i shouldn't have been able to, and they have a great support.

I like Adworkmedia more than anything. Amazing support, bumped payout, payment whenever you want and they don't even take fees if you want paypal payment before schedule.
Cpagrip is also good. But it just depend on what kind of network you want, been with AWM since starting thats why I'm with them.
For non incent, Convert2media and Clickdealer are best for me.

Currently on CPAlead,good international offers for me atm.I was with AdworkMedia before that,was good sometimes really good, but same niches convert better for me on CPAlead so far,i think conversion is better because of custom landing pages for my lockers.
Just my 2 cents - Most of big CPA networks should update more often their LP's for ulr/file/password lockers,i think we are loosing a part of conversion because of that.(im talkin about fake PPD niches and all scammed people will turn their back and leave when they see the same old page where they didnt get what they ,in most cases, paid for.) Some LP's are old as f**k,4-5 years maybe..maybe it isn't a big problem but it sure aint a good practice by my opinion.
Try it for few days,basic LP nothing special,but different then in-house template..you just might get surprised

CrakRevenue is the best option, although for mainstream or whitehat niches MaxBounty is in fact the best solution for most people's circumstances as long as you send quality traffic. They do shave, but once your push enough volume they will increase your performance automatically.
