I automate every task where it is possible to do so, I have used all sorts of things but ended up with ubot studio and macrosengine.

I know a lot of people use ubot here, its like the most expensive and longest way you can find to find out you should learn to code.

I use bots frequently. I have also coding a few bots for a company like volunteer coder. By the way with python-selenium
 
If you want to save some time and money, than autobation is best you can get. I always try to automate as much as i can anything that i do.

I use Zapier/Integromat
 
Yeah its essential for almost every niche to automate stuff to get to amother level at some point. I personally automate everything i could. I got 3 main scripts that are scheduled and run 24/7 on my RDP
