I am currently involved with the development of software that will create blogs with original unique content at the click of a couple of buttons.

Now, it is not really possible to be all things to all men, so if the software has to be restricted to one blog format, which would be the best one to choose?

I would agree with affguy, wordpress is the one most commonly used by a lot of people.

I back wordpress. They are always developing as well so it is always pulling in new members.

WP has my vote, with Joomla in second position. There are a ton of plugins, themes, etc. here on BHW for WH.. Go for it.
