Your Account was Compromised error

Hello, I am having a problem with the attached error. Your Account Was compromised

My activities are only manual. I use no automation whatsoever, only thing abnormal is I use an android emulator (NOX or other) to send DMs and access profiles.. No mass following, just lots of profile accessing in a short period of time, but strictly manually

The emulator can be triggering some flags? Or the high profile access is an issue (been doing it for some time no errors though)

I also use VPN, do I need to change it?

Doing manual fl/un/dms and overstepping the hour/daily limits can compromise your account even if your on your phone. So yes, I think that was what triggered that.

The error triggered as I was only accessing profiles, not following nor unfollowing. Just looking at the profile and the messages for some sort of trackeability
There is also a limit for this kind of activity? or just fl,un and dm

Also, Instagram cant detect and flag as suspicious activy remote access? Through anydesk for example

It is either your emulator or VPN. Never use VPN with these social media biggies. They've already flagged all of these IPs by VPN providers. Go with a residential or 4g proxy.
