Those times I've got my accounts disabled, I've just filled the form on their support site, got a email, took a picture of my face with some random number, full name and account name. Then I've waited for 3-4 days, once I got my back in 2-3h.

i just send them 2 emails of my face with the number they asked me to write,and u just need to wait 1-2 weeks it depends,and u will get their reply but most of the time they reactivate your acount u just need to be patient

Even if you maintain a fake-girl account, is it possible anyway to send your real face with all details..??

I don't know about the fake-girl, maybe check out Fiverr for a look-alike?
But the accounts I've been reposting babes etc. I've sent my real face and got the account back

if your account is banned you violated tos, only way to unban keep sending picture until someone new approves it. thats the only way
when an account gets reinstated back after a disable/ or PV'ed -- its under 'limits', shadowbanned is the term used. Don't go full bore as if before but do actions as if warming up a new account. within 2-3 weeks it will be back ( should be to normal levels. if you see much lower number of likes/comments etc...it is a natural effect of that, don;t be alarmed -- it should go back up. Every account faces this.
