Anyone have a solution / instructions to avoid new bing ads accounts from block?

Your access to Bing Ads is currently blocked
We have detected unusual activity in your Bing Ads account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.
You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

The account is probably dead. very few retrieve their accounts from the dreaded bing ads support
 
i think when you have 2 or more sign ins - into the acc from different IPs anyways @joseph - you sent me a bing coupon the other day - thank you for it - i want to know what VCC i can use to sign up on bing ads and do you have a bing acc to sell ?

don't know about vcc, you'll have to search for it yourself. You could always sign up using USD as your account currency though, then you can use paypal along with credit card.
 
yeah i did sign up with my USD paypal but they closed me down - thanks anyway -
