Your 1 favorite effective backlink type?

Working with Niche edits. Not only do you get SEO value, There are good chances of getting referral traffic that converts when pages with good traffic are targeted for link placement.

Mosttimes , there is no point building tier links to supplement your outreach. Aged pages have Ref Dom's(Links) to em already

Other preferred approach is Guest Posting but getting more expensive and minimal consistent free Referral traffic.
What's niche edit if I may ask

HARO links. They are very authoritative but takes good effort to get those links.

The mix of all you've mentioned built in the right manner will be effective link building tactics.

Guest posting is something we can scale easier for websites for very first rankings. It can be applied for different types of niches.

It does not matter that much.
But to me, niche edit is somehow suspicious, whereas a new post is perfectly natural.
So I prefer guest posts, then PBNs, then niche edits.
I agree, guest posts are the best at the moment

guest posts and quality pbn links.

blog comment posting (relevant to niche), quora answers, medium articles etc.

Guest posts on high authority sites will get the job done!

not talking about diversity links.

Own private PBN? Or buying/renting someone's PBN?

Guest posts? Niche edits?

Or maybe tons of expired Web2.0s?
Sape?[/QUOTE

Owning private blogs is a good way than sharing PBNs... but it will be expensive to build and maintain it. Because we have to pay for hosting and updating contents frequently... between these two, you can go for shared PBNs.. but make sure about the manual review of the blog's quality!

And, Guest Post is a good way to increase your online presence and getting a targeted audience! But mixing with Niche edits will help to increase the authority in your industry!
