Haha.. I was just browsing several usernames on mailinator, and saw this like 30 times. For each one, there were 1 or 2 identical messages. At first, for a second it got my attention and made my eyes bigger, but after I read the lame content.. I smiled happily knowing that Nigerians are now taking care of us and supervise our illegal activities, representing the FBI in a new formula.
Godspeed's questions explains without a need to answer, why you got alarmed, in the first place. And remember one thing, if FBI will ever contact you considering you some kind of suspect or such, they will never say the word 'please' nor write only 2-3 phrases and asking you afterwards to click and download God knows what.
Anyway, if any of you wanna see it, go to mailinator dot com, and search for example, the name william. Somewhere in the middle, you will see it coming from [email protected] with the same message as OP mentioned.

This is one of the oldest email tricks and I'm surprised you clicked on it. I NEVER EVER EVER open an attachment from someone I don't know and unless I know what they are sending I won't open one from someone I do know. Hopefully your computer isn't infected.
