i have transferred my YT channel to another mail.
now it shows primary owner on old mail.
i want to completely own the channel to my new mail. can anyone help me how its possible...

I'm not sure I understand your question.

If the channel is linked to a brand account, you can do the following to set a new email account as the primary channel owner: to transfer ownership of a channel, go to https://www.youtube.com/account and click 'add or remove managers', then 'manage permissions'. Click 'add new users', enter their email address, choose the owner role and 'invite'. The user must check that email and confirm the invite, after that they should have owner permissions for the YouTube channel. After 24 hours, you can go back to manage permissions and change the new account from 'owner' to 'primary owner'. If you do not want the old account associated with the channel, you can click the 'x' next to the user and remove them.
