You tube and increasing hits? (EDIT)

Hi guys, (I've used the search function, sorry about this topic)

I've limited myself to

linkedIn, myspace, facebook, funny or die and twitter. I've been posting comments and uploading videos.

Can anyone give me ideas on how I can get 'hits' on my you tube page?
