You Should Probably Read This

A really good way to piss me off when starting my day is by posting meaningless and provoking threads. A certain individual has managed to do that over the last few days so I will make you aware of what happens for now on. I have been more that courteous to this individual and given him 3 chances now to get his shit together.

When something is sold in this forum and you do not get in it, then you do not get in on it. You don't go posting provoking threads acting like an immature baby that just got its pacifer taken away. Jesus, do you know how retarded this makes you look?

I like the idea that this person inquired that I might be showing favoritism. If I was the type to show favoritism then Diamond Dave would have never asked me to become a Mod in the first place. He made me a Mod to go against shit like that. Had this whole tactic been yours, I would have busted my ass to keep people off your back as well. That's how it works.

So there's no need for sniveling, or poking your nose where it don't belong. You can do that all you want in private, but if you make this dumb shit public for now on, I am not even going to blink, it's a simple one button touch ban and clean.

So please break another rule and argue with a Mod, which is something I have let go on twice now as well.

Point is, if you want to come here and stick your nose in other's people's business and try to provoke them or *secretly* make fun of them with bullshit quips, post titles etc...it will not be tolerated. How old are we?

I agree totally with this post, I have found a very simple way to handle this UserCP>Left panel>buddy/ignore list. I already have one on list, one who I thought what have been a buddy. So to maturerly prevent stupidness use that tool, thats what it is there for. Ruck is right, and im going to acknoledge this.

Thanks for the support. This is an open call to people who do this. I don't want to ban anyone and I don't enjoy it. This forum has undergone tremendous change and quite frankly compared to other forums I visit, there is WAY more sharing and helping go on here than any of the others.

We aren't Syndic8 and we aren't Wicked Fire. There is nothing wrong with those forums, we just don't act that way to other members around here. I think that's why a lot of their forum members are migrating over here.

One of the reason I use this forum is the high standards you all attempt to maintain. The other forums are much more abusive and difficult to extract useful information without receiving a fair amount of hazing.

You all seem to care and we all should respect this forum and maintain its standards.

If I ever become disrecpectful I would expect you to ban me.

We are here to learn and share ideas not be A**holes.

i dont even check out the other forums. are they even worthwhile? i assume this one is the best from what everyone says. am i missing out on anything good by not checking them out once in a while?

gts6 is right, this is my first settled down forum. Dave has done a great job, I wont put up with shit myself anymore and I do expect to get Ban when I do, other forums are overcrowded and spammy. Thats why I like this one.

Instead of my usual bitching, I just decided to hit the "Report Post" on several of this individual's posts. I found the school yard sniping juvenile at best, not to mention deleterious to forum discussion.

Humour is humour and certainly has its place, but childish tantrums and embittered cattiness are another matter altogether.

Glad you're taking a stand on such childish behaviour.
