I require a good VPS with SEO tools - Konent Machine/WAC, GSA indexer, GSA captcha breaker, SENuke, etc. The more tools the better. Also we will need proxies.

I have GSA SER and Scrapebox.
I have hosting.
I will do keyword research.
I will purchase required domains.
I will write articles and SEO.
I am planning to build an adsense empire. We split 50-50.
