Forget about Manila or Cebu.. Come to Angeles.. Right now it is raining crazy monsoon season.. I live in Angeles City.. Retired.. if you want to have real fun.. just google "Fields Avenue Angeles City Balibago" or "Walking Street" I just live 10 minutes walking distance from there..
