You're a Jr Exec so if you want to keep that title one of the rule is your Jr VIP is maintained, failure to comply can result in your Jr Exec being removed...

I have no idea when it expired, you should have had a PM. Either way, you need to renew it.

I think the system changed this past 12 months, and everyone had/has to do a manual renew this year ( if memory serves me ) where it had to lapse then be done again manually, due to direct debits etc all changing.
