I really apreciate your reply. As you've seen I still confuse a lot of basic terms and lack some basic understanding. But I'm trying my best.

- Well, it is desirable to have a keyword in domain name, but it is not obligatory, it is more important for search engines. A user pays attention to a title and description and clicks when he/ she likes it. So it's up to you to decide actually.

- Yes, 301 redirect may help.

- It is always better to have a backlink from relevant site, i.e. if your niche is furniture design, a link should come from website about furniture design. So mind it.
