You got a favourite domain provider?

to be thoughtful, if everything i'm hooking up pairs well with cloudflare/needs cloudflare...

i wonder if im best off with all the eggs in one basket in this sense
I thought of the same thing really
but at the end, are you doing something that will actually get that domain taken down?
if yes, then its not worth pairing
it's also why i still have so many differnet providers for hosting, domains etc
not everything should be all in the same place
I only really leave the provider if they provide a bad service or do something that drastically annoys me
upping price because iccan shoved a rod up theirs isn't really an "reason"

Godaddy and Namecheap is the best when it comes to domain and hosting. There support is top notch. There support are highly trained and they will give you the best with respect and also eager to solve any issue you have.

ICCAN isn't usually the problem but registries - they are the ones who wanna squeeze every cent outta you lol. Domain registrars have to pay whatever registries ask for and follow all their rules.

For me, porkbun has been good.

Namecheap, Hostinger, Dynadot, Cloudflare are the best for domain registrar.

I’m happy with NameHero. For white or grey hat they’re good with solid specs, fair prices without surprise hikes in year two, and courteous human support that actually responds fast  . I triggered their fraud detector by buying 10 years with Paypal during a sale (oops) when I joined, but aside from that, I’ve had no issues.
I also park a few sites on Hobohost; the platform is clunky but fine as a budget option.

Note: NameHero are strict on content, so not a fit if your sites aren’t family-friendly. The owner’s been around the block and seems hands-on, so I wouldn’t recommend it for black hat.

do you have THAT many domains though.. lol
if you are running a business, honest to god, those pennies aint worth the effort looking for new registry everytime ur provider charges 1 cent more than 2 years ago
