You encounter this facebook bug?

Hi! I run a facebook ads and leave, but yesterday i notice they charge my paypal account for facebook ads payment. I check the ads and the report is good. I said "wow" i have 128 link clicks so I expected to have some sales on my shop. But i check my dashboard and no visit or anything for almost 4months now. Cause i leave this shop for a long time. I check the facebook ads and its good. the shop and product link is there. How come no visit report in my shop? facebook is scamming now?
