Hear me out on this one.
If you have kidney stone tomatoes are not healthy for you.
If you are diabetic rice is not healthy for you.
Not really.
The thing is you are not unhealthy.
You keept smoking past 40 and you got an heart attack.
Not you are coming to this forum and create crap threads about organic food, Mediterranean food, vegan food, salad bowl.
Bottom like you are not healthy. So suck it up.
You are sitting in a chair all your life and now you are overweight to that point you are now diabetic.

By the way, this is what I ate this week and I feel great!!

@davids355 quality weekend advice
@djsobuj - when we are young, we think we can eat drink anything
and to a certain degree we can, but as we get older, the foods our bodies
could tolerate becomes less so, fat and sugars can start to clog your arteries
over time, and it will creep up on you, a little outa breath here, a little cough there.

next thing your my age at 50 facing cardiac arrest and resuscitation - or a heart attack
while your remain awake and get rushed to hospital for surgery to unblock your heart
valves with either a by pass or stents to remove the blockage.

lucky for me my heart attack last Nov i didnt arrest, buy was rushed into surgery for
2 blocked valves brought on by years of un healthy eating, chips, pizza, kebab,
and smoking, trust me its only when your on that operating table praying for more
time you realize your NOT IMMORTAL. it will catch you in the end.
this is what happened to my arm with my heart attack and stent surgery

i took the advice my doctor gave, i quit smoking last Nov age 51 havnt looked back
and all the bs about quitting smoking is hard, no it isnt, like NIKE - YOU JUST DO IT !.

i changed my diet to 80% fish/salads/steam cooked chicken/ i do sneak the odd
meal once a week or once every 2 weeks, considering everything ive given up its
a fair trade --- oh and i also now walk 3/5miles a day --- b4 that the furthest i went was
to the kitchen to put the kettle on.

YOU CANT MAKE PEOPLE CHANGE - YOU HAVE TO WANT IT.

Thanks you for your advice few weeks ago, I was afraid to lose $97 to buy JR VIP, But it was the best thing happen in this year for me. Thanks, I already get a good business partner and we are doing really good business already, and I tag to so you can say something to the OP. I completely disagree with his words: we eat good food because we are unhealthy.

What you are tasting and acknowledging as tasty are actually just spices, sweeteners and oils. The actual food you are eating right now would taste very bland or maybe even stink a little, if it was not covered and marinated in all that crap.

You don’t need to eat unhealthy to eat delicious food, but you will need to source quality ingredients and cook them yourself. You probably won’t do that because it can cost a lot more money, supply can suck in certain regions, which lack consumers wealthy and informed enough to demand good and quality food at whatever price and lastly (always blame consumers when supply sucks), you don’t want to spend time cooking, I totally get it.

Your options:
  • Accept the required time investment and start cooking yourself.
  • Get GF to cook for you.
  • Move back to mom and get her to cook for you or visit her at least 5x a week (lunch time).
  • Get rich enough to afford a personal chef/maid to cook for you.
  • Find a delivery service that will precook quality food and deliver it to you (this one is ideal for young entrepreneurs but good luck finding a service like that unless you are located in 1st word and in an upscale neighborhood). Ideally you want one that can also track calories for you. It has to be delicious of course and it can be, no reason to eat food that you hate.
I forgot to mention another reason why people avoid cooking: cleaning. If you are a proper lazy performance-marketer-at-heart, you'll use the same glass and fork all day long, maybe you'll use plastic plates as well, because you don't want recycling centers to go out of business. I could cook you a healthy and delicious meal but I find cooking that takes longer than 10min and cleaning a massive waste of my time and let others do it for me.

You can actually eat healthy and still get tasty food fairly easy for example I had today Sambhar.

its not easy for all people it depends on your situation and where you live a lot of people eat unhealthy because they are too busy to cook and restaurants around them dont sell healthy food or because they live with a family that eats only unhealthy food.

I´ve ate a mix of healthy/non healthy food all my life, coming up on mid 50´th I eat healthy more because I like the taste. Not all people eat healthy because they are fat or have diabetes, heck I even smoked since I was around 16. And I´ll probably continue until I get a heart attack or something bad, I enjoy my life in moderate portions.

Bottom line, to much of anything is not healthy. Not even nightly activities .. =)

Do you have an unhealthy diet that may be taking over your life or effecting you on a daily basis? Or even a monthly basis such as weight gain?

The truth is, we are all human & we all have our own vices. Some smoke weed, drink alcohol, & others may indulge in food. I think the important thing is that it`s only a true problem if you can answer yes to the questions I asked above.

In regards to food, I try my best to live by "You can`t put regular fuel in a Ferrari"

It's all about the rate you consume "junk" food. Technically what you said is true, but statistically (and not a one of experience like yours) a human tends to live a longer life the better food it consumes.
There are also psychological implications, usually junk food (thanks to sugar) satisfies you morw but also makes you addicted to that sensation, increasing chances of depression related to food intake (you are "sad" eating heathy food).
All in all, it's about balance. Human beings are not meant to reach 90+ years, so it's ok to die at around 70-80 and have a happy life (food-wise).

Why doesn't this guy have Jr Exec VIP yet? Nominate him asap
